Terms & conditions - please read carefully
Our home rental is for a maximum of 5 people and limited to single families. It is located in a quiet residential community and we trust that you will respect this as a courtesy to us and our neighbours.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible - please email your itinerary and we will discuss days/times.
The kitchen is supplied with a full complement of pots, pans, and utensils, as well as staples such as flour, sugar, coffee, cooking oil, spices, dish and laundry detergent, etc. No perishables or canned foods are provided.
Linens and towels will be furnished.
No smoking is permitted in the home. You are welcome to do so on the porch or in the backyard - we will provide a receptacle for disposal of cigarettes if required.
